    1. Control of supply air temperature: The main way to control temperature changes is to adjust the opening of the intercooler valve. Place the air outlet temperature sensor in front of the filter in each clean operating room to measure the temperature entering the room and reduce errors caused by energy consumption in the air duct. The standard for operating room air temperature in the national standard is 22-26 ℃, and the appropriate temperature is sometimes an important factor in determining the success of surgery.


    2. Control of supply air humidity: The humidity control of the entire air conditioning system is regulated by an electric humidifier. The humidity level of the air has a significant impact on the survival time of bacteria. According to the requirements of the national standard, the indoor relative humidity range for Class I and II operating rooms is required to be 40-60%. Grade III and IV operating rooms require a relative humidity range of 35-60% indoors. In order to make the humidity value more in line with the system's requirements, the system sets the humidity value variation range to 45-55%.


    It should be placed as close as possible to the static pressure box, and measures should be taken to fully mix the airflow inside the static pressure box; For clean areas below level 100, when the air supply outlets are centrally arranged, the final filters inside the air supply outlets can be arranged centrally or dispersedly, but a uniform flow layer should be installed on the air supply surface. All clean rooms in the clean operating department should use double-sided lower return air; When the distance between both sides does not exceed 3m, air can be returned to the lower part of one side, but four corner or four side air return should not be used. Clean corridors can use up return air. The upper height of the lower return air duct opening should not exceed the ground, and the lower height of the opening should not be lower than the ground.
