During the treatment stage, the exhaust valve should be closed to prevent ozone from being discharged into the outdoor environment and causing air pollution. The valve for fresh air should also be closed to prevent outdoor fresh air from entering the clean operating room and affecting the effectiveness.
3) Electric humidifier control: The start/stop of the electric humidifier is controlled by the indoor humidity. When the indoor humidity is less than 45%, the electric humidifier starts to humidify, and when the indoor humidity is greater than 55%, the electric humidifier stops working. Ensure that the indoor humidity remains between 45% and 55%.
4) Fan frequency control: Controlling the fan frequency not only enables reasonable control of indoor temperature, humidity, wind position, and pressure difference, but also saves energy. For clean operating rooms controlled by independent circulation units, the fan should be operated at high frequency before surgery, while the fan should be operated at low frequency during surgery to make rational use of resources. For operating rooms controlled by one to many circulation units, the fan speed should be adjusted according to the number of clean operating rooms in operation. Reasonable utilization of fan frequency conversion control plays a key role in energy conservation.
